The goods:
1. Ā½ lb ground beef
2. 1 large zucchiniĀ Ā
3. 1 tsp garlic powder
4. Ā¼ cup minced yellow onion
5. 1 tsp salt & pepper
6. Ā¼ cup almond flour
7. Toppings of choice: BBQ sauce, tomato, bacon

Get to cooking:
1. Preheat your grill.
2. Shred zucchini with a grater.Ā Place in a thick paper towel and squeeze out excess water.Ā
3. Mix together zucchini, ground beef, almond flour, onion, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
4. Form 4 burger patties.Ā
5. Grill patties for about 4 minutes on each side.Ā
6. Top with your favorite toppings.
