Simple, healthy, good as heck. Zoodle power bowl. BOOM.
The goods:
· 1 chicken breast
· 1 zucchini
· 8 grape tomatoes
· 2 tbsp olive oil
· garlic, salt, & pepper
· 1 egg
Get to cooking:
1. Preheat oven to 425 ℉ and spray pan with non-stick
2. Season chicken with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper
3. Spiralize zucchini
4. Chop tomatoes in half
5. Season zucchini and tomatoes in olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper
6. Bake chicken, zucchini, and tomatoes on one pan for 20 minutes
7. While cooking, fry 1 sunny side up egg
8. Place chicken and tomatoes on zoodles, add egg on top and enjoy :)
