The Best Ahi Tuna Poke Bowls

I don't know about you, but I absolutely loveee grabbing poke bowls. Sushi goodness in bowl form... I mean yes? I never attempted making them at home because it seemed like so many ingredients, the poke place was the expert, and where the heck to do I buy raw tuna that I can eat? I was not trying to mess with that. But, Trader Joes the GOAT, came through with their new sushi ahi tuna.

This recipe could not be easier, and I swear, tastes just as good as the professionally made poke bowls. I could eat this twice a week and it is made with all simple, healthy ingredients. You could make this low carb with cauliflower rice, but white sticky rice just tastes so great to me with this combination of flavors. Marinating this tuna in the sesame mixture is key. Also, don't skip on the green onion and spicy mayo topping!

Hope you enjoy!
