Simple, healthy, good as heck. Teriyaki Shrimp, Stir-Fry. Get in my belly!
The goods:
· 1 bag of stir fry veggies
· 3 tbsp of Sweet Baby Ray’s Teriyaki Sauce
· 1/2 bag of frozen cauliflower rice
· 1 bag of frozen shrimp
· 2 tbsp olive oil
· garlic, salt & pepper
Get to cooking:
1. Unthaw frozen shrimp in water and remove tails
2. Pour olive oil in pan, add veggies, cauliflower rice, garlic, salt & pepper and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes (or until soft)
3. Place Shrimp with teriyaki sauce in pan with veggies with about 5 minutes left
4. Heat and enjoy :)
Servings: 3-4 (depending on how hungry you are)
