Simple, healthy, good as heck. Tastes like Taco Tuesday is the best day.
The goods: · 1 lb ground turkey · 2 peppers, red & orange · 1/4 cup chopped red onions
· 2 tbsp olive oil
· 1/2 cup cauliflower rice · 1 taco seasoning pack · 1/2 cup cheese Get to cooking: 1. Preheat oven to 425℉ 2. Remove stems, and cut peppers in half (4 halves) 3. Bake peppers for 20 minutes 4. While baking, sauté turkey, onions, and cauliflower rice with taco seasoning and olive oil 5. When peppers are done, fill with sautéed mixture 6. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes 7. Too with salsa and enjoy :)
