The goods: · 1 slice, gluten free, brown seeded bread . 1/2 an avocado . 1/4 cup cottage cheese . Smoked salmon . 1 egg . Garlic, salt & pepper Get to cooking: 1. Fry egg sunny side up, season with garlic, salt and pepper 2. Toast bread 3. Spread mashed avocado, cottage cheese, and salmon on toast 4. Place cooked egg on top 5. Enjoy :)
