One of my all time favorite things to eat growing up was a classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich. đđ„ Strawberry jam and creamy peanut butter always hit the spot. I'm taking my peanut butter jelly cravings to smoothie form, packed full of protein, fiber, and fat. Keeping me full all morning!

The goods:
1. 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries and blueberries are my favorite)
2. 1 cup spinach
3. 1 scoop protein powder, I use Vital Proteins
4. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (add more or less depending on thickness)
5. 1/2 frozen banana
6. 1-2 tbsps peanut butter
7. 1 tbsp chia seeds
Get to cooking:
1. Combine everything and blend
3. Enjoy :)
