Healthy Pumpkin Bread with Cinnamon Oat Crumble and Maple Cream Cheese Glaze

Okayyyy now, I am so excited to start sharing fall recipes! I love waking up to cooler mornings and enjoying a warm cup of coffee in the fall. Add in a side of warm, gooey, not so bad for you pumpkin bread? Don't mind if I do!

I gave my classic, healthy almond flour pumpkin bread a facelift with this cinnamon oat crumble and maple cream cheese glaze. Don't get me wrong, this bread is definitely not as sweet and dense as normal pumpkin bread, but it is still so delicious and made with simple, healthy ingredients.

I love warming this pumpkin bread up for about 30 seconds, pouring on some extra maple cream cheese glaze, and even adding a few chocolate chips on top for the perfect sweet treat. Usually I make this loaf and freeze slices for about a month. Hope you enjoy!
