Simple, healthy, good as heck. I love keeping these sweet treats in my freezer for the perfect dessert bite!
The goods: - 1 cup natural peanut butter, I used @jifbrand
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup @bobsredmill almond flour - 1 tbsp coconut oil - 1/3 cup maple syrup - Sea salt _____________________ Get to cooking: 1. In a pan, melt peanut butter and maple syrup 2. Once melted together, remove from heat and add almond flour. Place dough in a parchment paper lined dish 3. In a pan melt chocolate chips and coconut oil. Once melted, pour over dough 5. Refrigerate for 3 hours 6. Sprinkle sea salt on top and enjoy :)
