Roasted, honey pecan granola with a little bit of chocolate 😋





The goods: 

1. 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats

2. 1 cup chopped pecans

3. 3 tbsps chia seeds

4. 1 tbsp cinnamon

5. 1/2 tsp salt

6. 1/4 cup honey

7. 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

8. 1 tbsp vanilla extract

9. Handful of chocolate chips(optional)

Get to cooking:

1. Preheat your oven to 350℉.

2. In a bowl, mix together oats, pecans, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.

3. Add in melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla. Stir until everything is coated.

4. Line a baking pan with parchment paper, and evenly spread granola mixture flat onto the pan.

5. Bake for 25-30 (28 works best for me) minutes, stirring half way through.

6. Let the granola cool for about 20 minutes.

7. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

8. Enjoy :)
