Simple, healthy, good as heck. Roasted chicken and veggies, perfect for lunch meal prepping.

The goods:
· 1 chicken breast
· 1 cup brussel sprouts
· 2 tbsp olive oil
· garlic, salt, & pepper
· 1 sweet potato
Get to cooking:
1. Preheat oven to 425 ℉ and spray pan with non-stick
2. Season chicken with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper
3. Chop brussel sprouts and sweet potato
4. Season sprouts and sweet potato in olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper
5. Bake chicken and veggies on one pan for 20 minutes
6. Enjoy :)
