The goods: · 1 chicken breast · 2 strips of bacon · 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce · 1/2 orange pepper, chopped · 1/2 green pepper, chopped · 1/2 red onion, chopped · 1 bag frozen cauliflower rice
· cilantro · 1 lime · 1 cup chopped pineapple · olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper Get to cooking: 1. Preheat oven to 425℉ 2. Chopped chicken breast into chunks, wrap with bacon 3. Place chopped peppers, onion, pineapple, & chicken on foil lined pan 4. Sprinkle with olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper 5. Bake for 20 minutes 6. While baking, microwave cauliflower rice. Add cilantro and lime juice after cooked to taste 7. When finished baking, pour teriyaki sauce on top and enjoy :)
