Easy dinner for the fam!
The goods:
1.@traderjoesItalian chicken sausage, chopped
2. Butternut squash, chopped
3. Cherry tomatoes
4. 1 zucchini, chopped
5. Salt, pepper, garlic
6. Olive oil
7.@traderjoesVegan kale, cashew and basil pesto
Get to cooking:
1. Preheat oven to 425℉
2. Chop zucchini, butternut squash (I buy it pre cut), and tomatoes and toss in pesto, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Place on baking sheet
3. Chop chicken sausage and place on baking sheet
4. Bake for 20 minutes
5. Enjoy :)
