Ingredients:
1. 6 eggs
2. 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
3. 1/2 cup chopped spinach
4. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5. 4 tbsps kale pesto hummus @hopefoods
6. 6 slices microwave bacon
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400℉
2. Whisk together all ingredients
3. Spray muffin baking tin and fill 12 cups about 3/4 the way full
4. Bake for 20 minutes
5. Enjoy :) 6. I usually store in the fridge for 5 days and microwave for 30 seconds before eating
