The goods: · 1/2 chicken breast · 1/2 cup blackberries · 1/4 cup goat cheese · 1 small peach · 1 cup spinach
· Favorite dressing (I used poppyseed) _____________________ Get to cooking: 1. Cook chicken, I sous vide for 1 hour at 150℉ 2. Chop peach 3. Chop spinach into smaller bites 4. When chicken is cooked, assemble with spinach, peaches, blackberries, and goat cheese and enjoy:)
