I love eating these muffins for dessert with melted almond butter on top! Perfect sweet treat. Not to mention they are paleo and gluten free!
The goods:
2 ripe bananas
1 egg
1/2 cup creamy almond butter
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Get to cooking:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all the dry ingredients: almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt
Mix all the wet ingredients: mashed banana, egg, almond butter, and vanilla extract
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir in chocolate chips
Line a muffin tray with liners and fill each muffin cup
Bake for 18 minutes
