Simple, healthy, good as heck. One pan, chicken and veggie bake. Doesn’t get easier.
The goods:
· 2 chicken breasts
· 1 cup broccoli
· 1 cup potatoes, chopped
· 2 tbsp olive oil
· garlic, salt & pepper
Get to cooking:
1. Preheat oven to 425 ℉
2. Season chicken with garlic, salt, and pepper
3. Place potatoes and broccoli in a pan, season with olive oil, salt, & pepper
4. Place chicken on top of veggies and cook for 25 minutes
5. Let cool and enjoy :)
