My Favorite Avocado Toast

Honoring #toasttuesday with this soft boiled egg, avocado toast. Loaded so much, you can barley see the toast 🥑

The goods:

1. 1/2 an avocado

2. 1 piece of toast of choice

3. Soft boiled egg (boil mine for 7 minutes, and move to ice bath)

4. Cherry tomatoes
