Meatball stuffed zucchini boats with baked goat cheese marinara. Unreal 🔥
The goods:
1. 4 Italian meatballs (I buy them uncooked from@krogerco)
2. 1 zucchini
3. 1/2 cup favorite marinara sauce
4. 1/4 cup goat cheese
5. salt, pepper, garlic
6. olive oil
Get to cooking:
1. Preheat oven to 425℉
2. Cut zucchini in half longways and scoop out guts (to form a boat)
3. Season zucchini with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic
4. Bake meatballs and zucchini on one sheet for 20-25 min
5. Remove from oven, add sauce and meatballs to zucchini boats. Sprinkle goat cheese on top
6. Bake for 5 more min
7. Enjoy :)
