The goods: · Steak of choice, cooked and chopped · Mini peppers, chopped · 2 tbsp olive oil · salt, pepper, garlic · @aldiusa cauliflower rice · @traderjoes Korean BBQ sauce Get to cooking: 1. Preheat oven to 425℉ 2. Chop mini peppers and cover with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Roast for 18 minutes 3. Microwave cauliflower rice 4. Chop cooked steak and heat in microwave 5. When vegetables are done, combine and top with Korean BBQ sauce and enjoy :)
