Simple, healthy, good as heck. This sauce is FIRE.

Korean bbq, chicken and vegetable bowl

The goods: · 1 chicken breast · 1/2 cup chopped peppers · 1/2 cup chopped brussels sprouts

· 1/4 cup chopped onions

· frozen cauliflower rice · 1 egg · @Traderjoes Korean bbq sauce · olive oil, salt, garlic, & pepper Get to cooking: 1. Preheat oven to 425℉ 2. Place chicken, chopped peppers, onions, and brussels on a foiled lined baking sheet 3. Sprinkle everything with olive oil, garlic, salt, & pepper 4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked 5. Microwave cauliflower rice 6. Cook 1 egg sunny side up 7. Assemble ingredients, top with bbq sauce, and enjoy :)
