This is the easiest, simplest recipe for a sweet topping on your favorite toast!

Healthy, Paleo Strawberry Jam

The goods:

  1. 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped

  2. 2 tbsps honey

  3. 2 tsps lemon juice

  4. 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

Get to cooking:

  1. Add strawberries, honey, lemon juice and chia seeds into a sauce pan and turn on medium heat. Cook covered for 10 minutes.

  2. Mash the strawberries with a fork or potato masher

  3. Bring the heat to low and cook covered for 5 more minutes

  4. Allow to cool a bit

  5. Enjoy :)
