Healthy cookie dough balls for when you’re always grabbing a sweet treat 🍪
The goods:
1. 1 cup dates, pitted
2. 1/2 cup raw cashews
3. 2 tbsps mini chocolate chips
4. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Get to cooking:
1. Combine dates, cashews, and vanilla extract into a food processor until everything is chopped and forming clumps
2. Stir in chocolate chips
3. Form small balls and freeze for 10 minutes
4. Enjoy :)
5. I keep mine in the refrigerator or freezer
