Healthier Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

The goods:

1. 1 cup natural peanut butter, I used@jifbrand

2. 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

3. 1 cup@bobsredmillalmond flour

4. 1 tbsp coconut oil

5. 1/3 cup maple syrup

6. Sea salt


Get to cooking:

1. In a pan, melt peanut butter and maple syrup

2. Once melted together, remove from heat and add almond flour. Place dough in the freezer for 10 minutes.

3. Remove dough and stir in about half the chocolate chips

4. Form dough balls

5. In a pan melt chocolate chips and coconut oil.

6. Dip dough into melted chocolate and place on parchment paper

7. Refrigerate for 3 hours

8. Sprinkle sea salt on top and enjoy :)
