The goods: (makes 30 cookies)
1. 3 cups almond flour
2. 2 eggs
3. 1/2 tsp baking soda
4. 3/4 cup salted butter
5. 3/4 cup brown sugar
6. 1/4 cup white sugar
7. 1 cup chocolate chips
8. 1/2 tsp salt
9. 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Get to cooking:
1. Preheat oven to 325â
2. Allow butter to get to room temp (microwave for 30 seconds) and mix with brown and white sugar. Add in eggs
3. Mix in almond flour, baking soda, salt, and vanilla
4. Chill dough for 10 minutes in the fridge
5. Stir in chocolate chips
6. Place dough in balls on a baking sheet, about 1 1/2 tbsps big
7. Bake for 12-15 min
8. Enjoy :)
