Roasted cherry tomatoes are one of my favorite things to eat in the summer! Combined with a little garlic, chicken, bacon and basil? Say NO MORE. You could easily make this over noodles, but I decided to place it over spaghetti squash.

This recipe serves two!
The goods:
2 cups cooked spaghetti squash
2 cups cherry tomatoes
4 slices of bacon
2 chicken breasts
Fresh basil
1/2 cup marinara sauce of choice
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tbsps olive oil
Get to cooking:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Place parchment paper on a sheet pan
Place chicken, tomatoes, and bacon on one sheet pan
Season chicken and tomatoes with olive oil and garlic salt
Roast for 22-25 minutes (keep an eye on bacon)
While roasting, warm up spaghetti squash and marinara sauce
Top squash with marinara, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and fresh basil
