Got one thing on my mind this weekend, chicken tendies and ranch 👌🏻
The goods:
· 8 chicken tenderloins · 1/2 cup almond flour @bobsredmill · salt, pepper, garlic
· olive oil spray
· ranch dressing
· mild buffalo sauce
Get to cooking:
1. Preheat oven to 425℉
2. Mix almond flour, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl. I did about a tbsp of each
3. Dip chicken in almond flour mixture and place on a sheet pan. Drizzle buffalo sauce on top and spray with olive oil
4. Bake chicken for 25 minutes (flipping half way through)
5. Dip chicken in ranch and enjoy :)
