What’s better than chicken salad? Literally nothing...
The goods:
1. 2 chicken breasts
2. 1/2 cup mayo or plain Greek yogurt
3. 1 cup red grapes
4. 1 cup chopped celery
5. 1/2 tsp dill
6. 1/2 tsp salt
7. 1/2 tsp pepper
8. 1/4 cup chopped red onion
9. Juice from 1/2 lemon
10. 4 pieces of bacon
11. Optional: Bed of lettuce, tomatoes, and toast
Get to cooking:
1. Cook chicken: instant pot for 10 minutes high pressure and manually let release for 10 minutes. Shred
2. Cook bacon: Bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Chop
3. Chop grapes, celery, and onion
4. Combine bacon, chicken, celery, grapes, onion, mayo, salt, pepper, dill, and lemon
5. Serve over toast or a lettuce wrap
6. Enjoy :)
