The goods:
1. 1/2 pound ground beef
2. 1-2 cups butternut squash noodles (pre spiralized)
3. 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
4. 1/4 cup balsamic dressing of choice
5. 3 tbsps @lovemyphilly cream cheese
6. 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
7. 1/4 cup chopped mushroom
8. 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
9. 2 tbsps olive oil
10. Salt and pepper to taste

Get to cooking:
1. Chop onion and mushroom and sauté in a pan with olive oil and garlic
2. Once sautéed add in ground beef and brown
3. Once browned, add in cream cheese, butternut squash noodles, and balsamic
4. Stir occasionally until cream cheese is melted and noodles are soft
5. Top with parmesan cheese, salt and pepper
6. Enjoy :)
