Meal prep for four days!
The goods:
1. 4-5 chicken tenderloins
2. 3 peppers, (red, orange, yellow)
3. 1/2 purple onion
4. 2 tbsps taco seasoning
5. Olive oil spray
6. 1 avocado
7. 1 lime
8. Handful of cilantro
9. Salt and pepper
Get to cooking:
1. Preheat oven to 425℉
2. Chop peppers and onion in thin strips
3. Place peppers, onion, and chicken on a sheet pan. Spray with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning.
4. Bake for 22-25 minutes
5. Slice avocado and lime
6. Place in containers and sprinkle with cilantro
7. Enjoy :)
