Chopped Chicken Power Salad

Chopped chicken power salad-> Tastes so good when everything is chopped so small 🥗 Meal prepped for 4 lunches 🙌🏼





The goods for 4 meals:

· 8 chicken tenderloins

· 1 bag/ container of power greens

· 1 bag of bacon bits

· 1 container parmesan cheese

· 1 container cherry tomatoes

· 1 large avocado

· 1 head of broccoli

· salt, pepper, garlic

· Italian dressing of choice

· olive oil


Get to cooking:

1. Preheat oven to 425℉

2. Season chicken tenderloins with salt, pepper, garlic, and olive oil. Bake for 25 min

3. While baking, chop lettuce, broccoli, tomatoes, avocado and separate into 4 tubberware containers

4. Add bacon and cheese to containers

5. Shred chicken once it is cooked, add to containers

6. Top with dressing before eating and enjoy :)
