Simple, healthy, good as heck. Let's give it up for baked peaches, am I right?
The goods: · 1/2 chicken breast · 1 peach · 1/4 cup goat cheese · 1 cup lettuce · 1/4 sliced, roasted almonds
· 1/2 avocado
·2 slices of bacon · Favorite dressing (I used balsamic)
Get to cooking:
1. Chop chicken and peaches in slices, bake at 425℉ for 18 minutes 2. Chop lettuce 3. Slice avocado 4. Microwave bacon, cut in chunks 5. When chicken is cooked, assemble with lettuce, peaches, bacon, avocado, and goat cheese and enjoy:)
