Bacon Wrapped, Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates with Rosemary honey

Simple, healthy good as heck. These little poppers are the biggest crowd pleaser. Such an easy appetizer!


Bacon wrapped, goat cheese stuffed dates with rosemary honey

The goods: · pitted dates · Goat cheese (crumbles or log) · 1 pack of bacon · 1 tbsp rosemary · 2 tbsps honey

_____________________ Get to cooking: 1. Preheat the oven to 400℉ 2. Cut slits in dates to make sure pit is removed, and stuff with a spoonful of goat cheese 3. Once dates are stuffed, wrap with raw bacon. I use a half slice per date. 4. Line in a baking dish, and drizzle honey on top. Sprinkle rosemary on top as well. 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bacon is crispy 6. Enjoy :)
