Simple, healthy good as heck. These little poppers are the biggest crowd pleaser. Such an easy appetizer!
The goods:
· pitted dates
· Goat cheese (crumbles or log)
· 1 pack of bacon
· 1 tbsp rosemary
· 2 tbsps honey
_____________________ Get to cooking: 1. Preheat the oven to 400℉ 2. Cut slits in dates to make sure pit is removed, and stuff with a spoonful of goat cheese 3. Once dates are stuffed, wrap with raw bacon. I use a half slice per date. 4. Line in a baking dish, and drizzle honey on top. Sprinkle rosemary on top as well. 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bacon is crispy 6. Enjoy :)
