The goods: (6 ingredients) · 1 chicken breast · 2-3 tbsp @traderjoes greek yogurt spinach artichoke dip
· @traderjoescauliflower gnocchi · 1 cup broccoli
· salt, pepper, garlic · olive oil Get to cooking: 1. Preheat oven to 425℉ 2. Slice slits along the chicken breast and stuff with spinach artichoke dip. Season with salt and pepper 3. Season broccoli with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper 4. Bake chicken and broccoli for 25 minutes 5. While baking, microwave gnocchi for 2 minutes. Sear in olive oil and garlic on a pan for 3-4 minutes on each side. Or until crispy 6. Enjoy :)
