Using chicken thighs because that’s all I can find these days 🥘
The Goods:
1. 4 bone-in chicken thighs
2. 2 tbsps soy sauce (low sodium)
3. 1 tbsp sesame oil
4. 1 tbsp rice vinegar
5. 2 tbsps hoisin sauce
6. 1 tsp minced garlic, about 2 cloves
7. 1 tsp ginger (fresh or ground)
8. Salt and pepper
9. 2 tbsps Olive oil
10. Cilantro
Get to cooking:
1. Preheat oven to 425℉
2. Mix together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, sesame oil, rice vinegar and ginger
3. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper and pour about half the sauce over the thighs
4. Heat olive oil in a pan to medium/high heat
5. Sear chicken thighs for 4 minutes on each side
6. Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken and bake for 20 minutes
7. Sprinkle chicken with cilantro
8. Enjoy :)
