The goods: · 1 sweet potato . 2 tbsps olive oil . Garlic & rosemary seasoning
. 1 tbsp butter
Get to cooking: 1. Preheat oven to 425℉ 2. Cut sweet potato into quarters, about 1 inch thick 3. Cover with olive oil and garlic salt 4. Bake for 25 minutes 5. Remove from oven and smash down quarters with a fork, add butter and rosemary 6. Bake for an additional 10 minutes 7. Enjoy :)
