The goods: · 1 chicken thigh · 1 brunch of broccolini
·1 cup of Trader Joe’s cauliflower mash · garlic, salt, pepper · Olive oil Get to cooking: 1. Preheat oven to 425℉ 2. Season chicken with olive oil, garlic, and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes 3. When 15 minutes on the chicken are left, roast broccolini for remaining 15 minutes (season with salt and pepper) 4. Make cauliflower mash with water and frozen mash on the stove 5. Enjoy :)
