The goods:
1. 2 large chicken breasts (I cut mine in half to make 4)
2. 4 oz cream cheese
3. Handful of cherry tomatoes
4. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
5. 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
6. Garlic, salt, pepper
7. Olive oil
Get to cooking:
1. Preheat oven to 425℉
2. Season chicken with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper
3. Add about 1 oz cream cheese to the top of each chicken breast (I microwave the cream cheese for 30 seconds, it’s easier to spread)
4. Chop tomatoes in half and mix with balsamic vinegar
5. Pour tomatoes and vinegar mixture on top of the cream cheese
6. Top with parmesan
7. Bake for 25 minutes
