Parmesan Crusted Salmon, with Italian Roasted Brussels and Cauliflower Mash 😋

The goods (this made 2-3 servings):

1. 1 lb fresh salmon fillet

2. 2 cups Brussels sprouts

3. 2 cups@traderjoescauliflower mash

4. 4-6 tbsps Italian dressing

5. Garlic, salt pepper

6. 1/4 cup parmesan cheese


Get to cooking:

1. Preheat oven to 400℉

2. On one sheet pan, pour Italian dressing over salmon and brussel sprouts. Top with salt, pepper and garlic to taste

3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over salmon

4. Bake brussels and salmon for 20 minutes

5. In the meantime make cauliflower mash on the stove to package directions. I always add salt, pepper, and garlic to these

6. Enjoy :)
