Simple, healthy, good as heck. One pan lemon pepper tilapia and veggies with couscous. For that detox life.
The goods:
· 2 tilapia filets
· 18-20 asparagus
· 8-10 grape tomatoes
· garlic, salt & pepper
· 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
· 2 tbsp olive oil
· 1 bag microwave couscous
Get to cooking:
1. Preheat oven to 425 ℉ and spray pan with non-stick
2. Season tilapia with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, & lemon pepper
3. Season asparagus and tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, & pepper
4. Bake everything on one pan for 13-15 minutes
5. While cooking, microwave couscous
6. Enjoy couscous, veggies, and tilapia :)
