The BEST healthish chili when you’re feeling chillyyyy. 🔥
The goods:
1. 2 lbs ground beef
2. 1 medium onion, chopped
3. 1/2 green pepper, chopped
4. 3 garlic cloves, minced
5. 1 large carrot, chopped
6. 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
7. 14.5 oz can kidney beans, drained
8. 3 cups beef broth, or chicken broth
9. 2-3 tbsps chili seasoning packet
10. Cheddar cheese
11. Crackers, if wanted
Get to cooking:
1. Brown beef and onions in a pan until tender
2. Add in carrots, green pepper, and garlic. Cook until tender.
3. Pour everything into a large pot with diced tomatoes, broth, beans, and seasonings.
4. Turn down heat to a gentle boil and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add more seasoning if needed!
6. Top with cheese and crackers
