Ingredients:
1. 1 red pepper
2. 1 green pepper
3. 1 red onion
4. 2-3 chicken breasts
5. 6 slices of bacon
6. ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
7. 1 cup of pineapple chunks
8. Handful of fresh cilantro
9. 1 8oz bag microwave white rice
10. Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
2. While preheating, prep kabobs. Chop red pepper, green pepper, red onion, chicken, bacon, and pineapple. Wrap bacon slices around the chicken chunks. Stack vegetables, bacon wrapped chicken, and pineapple on the kabobs (in no particular order).
3. Season kabobs with salt and pepper. Brush ¼ cup teriyaki sauce on the kabobs.
4. Once the grill is hot, grill kabobs on medium heat. Rotate kabobs every 5 minutes, until done.
5. While grilling, microwave rice.
6. Once the kabobs and rice are done, sprinkle everything with fresh cilantro. Add extra teriyaki sauce on top if desired.
