Dinner inspo for your tastebuds!
The goods:
1. 2 large chicken breasts
2. 4 oz cream cheese
3. 10 button mushrooms
4. 1 small red onion
5. 4 oz cream cheese
6. 1/4-1/2 cup chicken broth (depending on desired thickness)
7. 1/4 cup parmesan or mozzarella cheese
8. 4 slices of bacon
9. Salt, pepper, garlic
10. 3 tbsps parsley
Get to cooking:
1. Chop mushrooms, bacon, and onion and sear in a pan with garlic and olive oil for about 10 minutes
2. Remove mushrooms, bacon, and onions and set aside
3. Cut chicken into strips and season with salt and pepper
4. In the same pan, cook chicken about 4 minutes on each side, until brown
5. Add mushrooms, onions, and bacon back into the pan with cream cheese, parmesan and chicken broth
6. Simmer on low for about 10 minutes, until cream cheese is melted
7. Top with parsley and enjoy:)
8. Great over noodles, rice, cauliflower mashed potatoes or any potatoes!
