The goods: · 1 cup cauliflower gnocchi
· 1 cup cooked chicken
· 1/2 cup marinara sauce
· 1/4 parmesan cheese
· 1 tbsp garlic, salt, pepper mix
· 1 tbsp olive oil
_____________________ Get to cooking: 1. Microwave gnocchi for 2 minutes 2. Cook gnocchi in a pan with olive oil, about 3 minutes each side for crispy. Add in garlic, salt and pepper 3. Add in cooked chicken and marinara sauce 4. Add in parmesan cheese and simmer for 5 minutes 5. Enjoy :)
