The goods: · 1 bag frozen cauliflower rice · 1 egg · 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese · 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese · 1/2 tsp basil . 1/2 tsp oregano · 1 tsp garlic (or more) Get to cooking: 1. Preheat oven to 450℉ 2. Microwave rice cauliflower for 3 minutes 3. Place microwaved cauliflower in a paper towel to soak up some water, place back in bowl 4. Add all the ingredients into the bowl and stir 5. Place mixture on a greased pan, and flatten out to pizza shape 6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden edges 7. Add your fav pizza toppings and bake for an additional 5-10 8. Enjoy :)
