Simple, healthy, good as heck. Loaded buffalo chicken hummus. Uhhh yes.
The goods:
· ½ package organic buffalo blue Hope hummus
· ½ avocado, chopped
· 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
· 10 grape tomatoes, chopped
· 2 tbsp feta or blue cheese crumbles
· Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning
· 1 bag of everything seasoning pretzel crisps
Get to cooking:
1. Place hummus on a platter
2. Add chicken, avocado, tomatoes, cheese, and everything but the bagel seasoning on top of hummus
3. Serve with your favorite cracker or pretzel crisp and enjoy :)
