Simple, healthy, good as heck. Guacamole dip. Put on everything.
The goods:
· 1 avocado
· 10 grape tomatoes
· 1 lime
· 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
· garlic, salt & pepper
· ½ red onion
· 4 garlic cloves
Get to cooking:
1. Chop garlic, red onion, and tomatoes into small pieces
2. Combine avocado, chopped garlic, onion, tomatoes, cilantro and 1 squeezed lime in a bowl
3. Mash until flavors blend together, add salt, pepper & extra garlic to taste
4. Lick the spoon and enjoy :)
